My name is Morgan Cohen and I am a freelance photographer from the Greater New York City area, currently residing in West Palm Beach, Florida. I have enjoyed photography since I was in high school, starting with portraits of my friends and scenery of my travels.

 

I attended Cornell University, where I volunteered for Cornell Concert Commission working on the stage, hospitality, and security crews of multiple shows.  It was during this time I fell in love with live music and music photography. While I started off by just attending shows and capturing performances on my phone (allowing me to master the art of "iPhoneography"), I have gotten more experience using my cameras the past few years while contributing to two online magazines - Underground Zine and Buzzkill Magazine. I have attended 200+ concerts across the country, photographing many of them!

I have gotten some recognition from artists as well who have showcased my work, including Glass Animals, The Kooks, and Nation of Language. Feel free to look at my live music and portrait portfolios, which showcase some of my favorite photos I've taken over the past few years.
